2025 / Early 2026

Concept & Groundwork

The ideas that would become PR3NC2 take shape. Early explorations in product design, founder tooling and property technology begin. FoundrOS is developed and launched as a live product.

Formal Registration

PR3NC2 Technologies is formally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. BN 9396135. Headquartered in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Work on Domot! intensifies as the company's flagship property technology concept.

Portfolio Expands

Civic technology engagements begin — building demo platforms for CHRAN and CDHR in Akwa Ibom. Gift of the Givers Network humanitarian platform developed. YAP Media Network prototype built. The company's multi-sector approach crystallises.

Founder, PR3NC2 Technologies

Prince Frank is a law student, product builder and founder with an interest in digital systems, technology and organizational innovation.

Through PR3NC2, he explores how software can simplify complex processes across multiple industries — from rental housing to civic infrastructure, founder operations and beyond.
