Welcome to FoundrOS (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a digital business operating system designed to help users manage goals, tasks, clients, and finances.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FoundrOS. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Platform

FoundrOS provides tools to support business and productivity activities. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the platform’s functionality
• Upload or distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Interfere with the use or enjoyment of the platform by other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms.

3. Accounts

If you create an account on FoundrOS, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

4. Payments and Purchases

Certain features of FoundrOS may require payment.

• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Paddle)
• All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, trademarks, and system architecture within FoundrOS are the property of FoundrOS or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without prior written consent.

6. User Data

You retain ownership of any data you submit to FoundrOS. By using the platform, you grant us the right to process and store your data for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We implement reasonable security measures; however, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that FoundrOS is available and functioning reliably. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• The platform may experience temporary downtime
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoundrOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk to the system or other users. You may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FoundrOS after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
