All payments made for access to FoundrOS are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in this Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
• You experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the platform and it was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe
• A duplicate payment was made for the same service

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of usage or dissatisfaction with features
• Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing cycle
• Issues caused by user error, device limitations, or poor internet connectivity

You are responsible for reviewing product details before making a purchase.

4. Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

5. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension or termination and restriction from future use of FoundrOS.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of FoundrOS after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
